Overview

In Queer Space Gods you tell the stories the those beings who were the first and will be the last in the universe. It uses Thirsty Sword Lesbians as the frame and base, but builds upwards into a sorrowfully cosmic setting.

You are a found family who meet and part across cosmic time. Each game session will be one of the eras of the universe from its frothy beginning to its cold and lonely end. At the end of the last session you can decide the ultimate fate of all-that-is and all-that-will-be.

You play to find out if any of it indeed mattered.

Principles

Go Big or Go Home

Expand your sense of scale. As a Queer Space God you reach up and pluck the moon from her orbit, walk on the ‘surface’ of a black hole, burn a galaxy. You can step down into the quotidian world to experience the mayfly lives of mortals, but your inherent state covers galaxies!

Big Power, Bigger Feelings

With so much power there is little point in being restrained, but how does it feel to take the Earth into your heart so it can be preserved forever? Is it joy or sorrow to see the last star fade? How do you feel if one of your kin decides to chide, judge, or stop you?

Make bold actions, declare your feelings, and play as fast as you can. 

No Exit

At the end there is probably nowhere to go, there is no one else who can either judge you, or hold your hand at the very last frontier. Everything tends towards its end and there is one thing that you, perhaps, cannot do.
